Sine last night I have been unable to collect anything that has been sent to me! There is the neighbours name and profile picture followed by the object sent to by them, however, where there should be an 'Accept and Send' or ''Send' option there is only a tiny 'x' in the top right corner. Is anyone else having this problem or can anyone help resolve it? I am trying to contact the game creators directly about this too.
You can only collect a certain number of gifts a day. When you have collected all of your gifts for the day, the buttons vanish until the next day.
You can see how many gifts you can collect in a day, as well as how many more you can collect today, at the top of the screen.
Gifts reset at 12:01 AM PST.
